Annie is a speaker, teacher, coach and mindfulness educator working with individuals and groups on their emotional wellbeing and resilience. Her great strength is empowering others to cut through the ‘noise’ and boost their own sense of wellbeing. Annie has been practising what she preaches for more than 10 years. In 2017 Annie spoke from the famous red dot at TEDxAdelaide, one of more than 50 new things that she added to the list in her 50th year!
